Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

The item is not a sterile or opened product
⚠️ Please note: Due to hygiene and regulatory requirements, sterile products that have been opened or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Reasons We Accept
Defective or incorrect items — If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Change of mind — If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
